Narayan Foods Wins the 2024 "Disability-Friendly Company" Award
Narayan Foods is honoured to receive the prestigious 2024 award for best practices in employing people with disabilities. The award, which has been presented for the past eight years by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs, and Equal Opportunities, recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to balancing company progress with socially responsible employment practices, particularly in hiring vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities.
This recognition as a "Disability-Friendly Company" reflects Narayan Foods' longstanding dedication to diversity, inclusion, and creating a supportive work environment where everyone, regardless of disability, can achieve their full potential. Narayan is proud to be one of the largest employers of people with disabilities in the Posavje region, with more than half of its 71 positions filled by employees with disabilities. This showcases the company's belief that disability is not a barrier—when given the right environment and support, anyone can thrive and succeed.
